Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Communications Team
Part Time, Wexford Campus
This position will be responsible to manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day social media activities, further establish North Way’s social media presence and generally support the Communications Department in various other activities.
Extensive experience in the social media and internet marketing areas to include Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter and other similar areas; Proficiency with social media management tools such as Google docs and other 3rd party tools; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required; SEO oversight experience preferred; Constant Contact experience helpful. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and productively with staff, volunteers and others. Tact, diplomacy, and creativity are a must.
Must possess a high level of computer skills for all office functions, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphics software (Adobe inDesign and Photoshop, Publisher, Illustrator, Word Press website content management and social media for business). Successful candidate will be resourceful, creative, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to effectively work on a team.
Title: Administrative Support – Communications Team
Part-Time; 20 - 24 hours/week; Wexford Campus
Position shall focus on administrative support within the Communications Departments/Shared Support. Responsibilities shall include such things as: All campus’ Notes preparation; Campus-specific eNewsletter; and other general administrative projects as assigned such as Memorial Programs, Certificates, Signs, etc.
Must have a minimum of two years’administrative experience in an office setting; Proficiency in and experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc) and desktop publishing required; Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) helpful. Individual must be detail-oriented, motivated self-starter, with strong organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to represent the Communications Team in a positive and professional manner.
Title: Administrative Support - Sewickley Valley Campus
Provide assistance in a variety of areas, including database management; financial reporting; general administrative tasks and maintenance issues; update and/or create promotional and marketing materials and plans; and other general office responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc) required; experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) helpful. Individual must be detail oriented, highly motivated self-starter, and a quality driven team player with the ability to simultaneously manage many tasks.
Child Care Employees Needed
* In search of energetic individuals with loving hands and caring hearts to serve in childcare area during various events and services for our Oakland and East End campuses. Must have flexibility in days and hours.
