Production Coordinator-Wexford
Temporary part time through January, 2015
Full time position beginning January,2015


Description: Works with North Way Production Director to lead & execute all production elements of services and special events as well as developing and caring for a volunteer production team. Acts as a liaison and representative with our multi-site champion and Wexford production team.

Job Requirements: High School Diploma; Experience in professional sound production; Experience in the lighting/video industry; Ability to identify, equip, deploy and oversee leaders, volunteers and teams to assist in the production area.

Associate’s degree in production-related field or equivalent experience; Production experience in lighting/video post-college, in a leadership role, preferably in worship or ministry setting; Demonstrated production capability required; Ability to identify, equip, deploy and oversee leaders, volunteers and teams to assist in the production area; Proficiency in Windows and Mac-based products appropriate to job.

Child Care Coordinator
Family Matters Department - Wexford Campus
Part time – 15 hours/week average


Description: Individual will be responsible to communicate with all ministries/departments regarding child care activities to include coordinating child care schedules and workers at all campuses. Other responsibilities shall include training workers and/or trainers as well as ensuring safe, clean and welcoming environment for child care activities.

Job Requirements: Relational skills are of great importance. Ability to work on a team as well as independently, team-building capabilities, and organizational skills are highly important. Experience in Microsoft products required. Degree in education/sociology very helpful. Experience in child care related field preferred

Description: Individual to support HR Director in a wide range of areas, in an efficient and effective manner, including: all aspects of payroll processing, payroll and employee taxation issues, and general research in the payroll area; benefits administration including enrollments, assistance and research of claims and other details; background clearance processing, and research as appropriate to verify such information.
