Current Openings Middle School Director | Wexford Campus | Full Time Position Individual will oversee and support all aspects of the Middle School Ministries at the Wexford Campus, in partnership with the Student Ministries Director. This position will be responsible for: Job Responsibilities: Oversight of Middle School Ministries – working in partnership with the Student Ministries Team (staff and volunteer) to pursue successful experiences for our Middle School students; Recruit, equip, retain and disciple volunteers for Middle School Ministry activities. Job Requirements: Ability to work on a team as well as independently; possess team-building capabilities and experience; skills in comprehending finances, data management and process planning are of importance; relational skills are of great importance. Experience in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Power Point) extremely helpful. Must have a minimum of three years of youth experience, preferably in Student Ministry, and in a large church/multi site church setting. Worship Leader/Student Ministry Director | Dormont Campus | Full Time Job responsibilities: Partner with Worship Champion and other worship leaders to provide an excellent experience for week-end services and other events; lead and oversee rehearsals, worship and other creative elements; Schedule musicians and other volunteers to meet the specific needs of the campus. Partner with the Family Matters Champion and other Family Matters persons to provide opportunities for middle school and high school students to deepen their faith and broaden their outlook. Individual will oversee and support all aspects of Student Ministry at the campus, including Middle School, High School, Interns and volunteers. Schedule will include day, evening and week-end hours, and various other related responsibilities. Job requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with students, preferably in a ministry setting; Musician and/or vocalist with the ability to lead worship during services/events, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in a ministry setting; volunteer recruitment experience preferred; team player with ability to lead and follow is required; excellent communication skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Family Matters Ministry Team Leader | Sewickley Valley Campus | Full Time This position will be responsible for (1) Planning and executing all aspects of Kidz and Student Ministry, from nursery to high school; (2) Weekend experience for kids and students; (3) Partnering with parents to extend the weekend experience to home and throughout the week; (4) Recruitment, development, equipping, training, supporting and retention of volunteers; (5) Maintaining consistency of North Way DNA for Family Matters in the Sewickley Valley Campus; (6) Administrative tasks as needed for Kidz and Student Ministries such as planning details for special events/trips; (7) Administrative support tasks for the worship area to include managing details for weekend services, scheduling and communicating with volunteers, and assisting in other areas as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum of three years in a family ministry setting preferred; Event planning/coordination helpful; Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; Excellent communication skills required; Experience in team building preferred. Child Care We’re looking for energetic individuals with loving hands and caring hearts to serve in the childcare area during various services and events at our Wexford, Oakland, Sewickley Valley, East End and Dormont campuses. Must have flexibility in days and hours. General Labor/Housekeeping Full-time and part-time positions are available. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background clearance. Set Up Assistants Assistance is needed at the Sewickley Valley campus to set up and tear down for services.
