CheckIn / CheckOut Procedures & Guidelines
Children who regularly attend North Way Kidz weekend ministries should check in at the sign in area outside of their appropriately
aged classroom after inputting their security code in at the kiosk.
- 0-12 months - Infant Room
- 12-24 months - Crawler Room
- 24-26 months - Toddler Room
- 3 year old - Rm. 126
- 4 & 5 year old - Rm. 130

The greeter will ask for the child’s name and will find his/her name tag on our pre-printed master class list. The greeter will then assign the child a number for that day and give the parent or person checking the child in two things 1) a number card and 2) a clip on number card. The clip on number card should be placed on the child with the understanding that this number card should stay on at all times. The greeter will also write his/her number on all three name tags from the master sheet, give the child a name tag, and place one name tag on class attendance sheet. The child should then enter his/her classroom. There will be a classroom leader to welcome your child into the classroom.
If this is the child’s first time at North Way, he/she will not have a name tag on the master list. At this point a green registration form needs to be filled out and name tags should be made manually. Take the completed registration form and place it in the check-in folder. This will allow us to create a name tag for the child next week.
At the conclusion of the service, the parent or person picking up the child should go to the child’s classroom and present the name tag they received during check-in. The tag will be matched to the tag attached to the child. ONLY upon matching the two tags will your child be released to you.
