Kidz Ministry - Volunteers

Structure & Opportunities:

"Be shepherds of God's flock, the believers who are under your care. Serve as their leaders. Don't serve them because you have to. Instead, do it because you want to. That's what God wants you to do."
- 1 Peter 5:2 NIrV

Room Leaders

Serves as shepherd for the adults serving in their classroom by fostering community and fellowship among the leaders while providing a consistent face to the children and parents.  Room leaders manage the schedules, answer questions, oversee the policies and procedures while working closely with the Kidz staff team.

"Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever."
- Daniel 12:3

PAC Leader

PAC Leaders work with a small group of kids as they go through their morning in playtime, worship and large group teaching.  During PAC time, the leader Prays with their kids, uses the Kidz curriculum to apply the teaching and Connects with the children. Serving twice a month in rotation with a designated partner, PAC leaders have the opportunity to build close relationships with the kids, their partner and the other adult leaders in the room.

"Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me."
- Mark 9:37

Connector

Connectors are parents who want to take part in their child's classroom without having to serve on a regular rotation.  We look to connectors to provide an extra hand for the PAC leader by "connecting" with the children through games, worship or teaching activities.
