Student Ministries - Special Events

Go Project: Surf City, August 3rd - August 8th, Tentative Cost: $500
Surf City is the highlight trip for our Middle School ministry. Set along the northern shores of pristine Lake Michigan, kids get a chance to enjoy the beach, horseback ride, tube, canoe, ride wave runners and just plain have a LOT of summer fun. Couple that with the evening "Club" experience of drama, worship, teaching and small groups, and you have the making for a summer trip of a lifetime. Rarely does a camper come back from Surf City without new friendships, great memories, and a new perspective on life. Don’t miss this opportunity.

We’re going back to New Orleans for a third year, as we continue our long-term partnership with local church and Habitat for Humanity to make a difference in this hurricane ravaged area. These seven days will be packed with unique growing experiences, as we work to rebuild lives, families and communities in this culturally-rich area. As well as work in the area, this trip will also have great moments of fun and relaxation, as we learn to appreciate the culture of New Orleans.
