Creative Tech
Blessed with state-of-the-art equipment and creative people, the tech team has made a significant positive impact in
North Way worship environments. Whether you are in the sanctuary with a technologic face lift, Café service, or
experiencing the video wall in Oakland - the caliber of technology used in our services exceeds that of many production
facilities in Pittsburgh. The technical suite includes space for creativity in video production, audio production,
internet content development, and service support. The technical suite is where all videos are created for weekend
service support and is the environment used for writing and recording worship music.
Equipment is secondary to the crew of dedicated volunteers who are eager to serve and make it happen behind
the scenes. Our volunteer team is made up of all ages - middle school students through retired folks. It is
not uncommon for entire families to serve together on a Sunday morning! 
Whether you have a technical background
or have never used technology in your life, there are many opportunities for you to serve along side of this team.
Students looking for exposure to the latest technology, experienced professionals, servant hearts, or individuals
that feel they are not technical at all … they all love to serve God and enjoy the fellowship here.
The Production Tech team includes people who put words up on the video screens, run video systems, camera, audio,
stage managers, audio for broadcast, video recording, lighting, internet, music, artistic, stage design, and so on.
On a regular basis we have events for fellowship and also learning events with professionals from the industry
helping to sow into the team.
