Counseling

North Way Counseling Services, established in 2002, is a professional counseling center offering expert, confidential, Christ-centered care for individuals and families experiencing difficult or challenging circumstances. Our qualified Masters-level counselors are trained in various forms of therapy styles, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Care Ministries

Our Care Ministry at North Way provides a safe environment for individuals and families in challenging seasons. Our mission is simple: Accept everyone where they are, but encourage them not to stay there.

Marriage Matters 1

Whether married for years or newly engaged, Marriage Matters provides hope for growth, tools for growth and an environment for growth. Using Biblical principles and a practical look into relationships, Marriage Matters offers live teaching in a group setting followed by a time of interactive and engaging small group discussion. Come experience Marriage Matters and deepen your intimacy with God and with each other.

Marriage Matters 2

Marriage Matters 2 is designed for couples who have completed Marriage Matters 1 and would like to “go deeper” into the Reflective Communication Model. It is a 9 week session that will review the tools and principles of Marriage Matters 1, but will then begin to really study the Reflective Communication Model and how important healthy communication is in our relationships. You must complete Marriage Matters 1 to be a part of Marriage Matters 2.

Relationships Matter

Relationships Matter offers a practical look into all kinds of relationships, using Biblical principles and tools for self discovery and personal growth. Come experience live teaching and interactive group discussion that will help you improve all of your relationships and deepen your intimacy with God.

Grief Matters

Grief Matters provides a safe environment of care, support and guidance for any person who has lost a loved one or friend and who is working on the grief process (view video). You will be a part of a friendly, caring group of people who will journey together to learn about “grief” through a biblical lens and be given common language to describe your feelings, emotions and what you are going through. Grief Matters is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You will gain access to valuable resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life.

Recovery Matters

If you or someone you know is struggling with any type of chemical addiction and are looking for a loving and accepting group of people to journey with you through this difficult battle we have a place for you.

Divorce Care Matters

Divorce Care Matters provides a safe environment of care, support and guidance for any person who has been through a divorce or is currently going through a divorce. You will be a part of a friendly, caring group of people who will journey together to learn about “divorce” through a biblical lens and be given common language to describe your feelings, emotions and what you are going through. Divorce Care Matters is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You will gain access to valuable resources to help you navigate your current season and look forward to rebuilding your life.

Physical Healing Prayer

For any person with a physical ailment that wants specific prayer. Within this group, there is a time of worship and celebration followed by God’s prayer warriors interceding on your behalf for whatever struggle you are having.

When/Where

Physical Healing Prayer meets at 6pm, Mondays at the Wexford Campus. The first session is held online. Sessions 2 - 5 meet in person.
