Current Openings Worship Coordinator – Beaver Valley Campus (Part-time – 15 hours/week with weekend and holiday responsibilities) Description: This position will assist the Beaver Valley Campus Worship Director in leading band rehearsals, building Ableton tracks, and recruiting and developing a team of volunteer musicians at the campus. Job Requirements: Skilled musician comfortable with music technology required (ability to lead from an instrument preferred); general understanding of various aspects of production preferred; vocalist and/or worship leading experience a plus; proficiency in Windows based and/or Mac based products required (abilities in both a definite plus); proficiency in building Ableton tracks required (two or more years’ experience strongly preferred); ability to chart music strongly preferred; ministry experience strongly preferred. Production Technician – Beaver Valley Campus (Part-time – 15 hours/week with weekend and holiday responsibilities) Description: This position will lead and execute all production elements for services and special events/activities. This position is also responsible to recruit, develop, encourage, train and care for a volunteer production team at the campus. Production Technician will partner with the Worship/Production Champion in all areas of production for the campus. Job Requirements: General production experience required with proficiency in digital boards, Pro-Presenter and other appropriate areas; experience in a worship/ministry setting preferred; stage production experience strongly preferred; proficiency in Windows based and/or Mac based products required; abilities in both a definite plus. Elementary Kids Coordinator – Wexford (Full Time – 40 hours/week with weekend responsibilities) Description: Individual to support Family Matters team, specifically in the Elementary area (Kindergarten through 5th grade, over a wide range of areas.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, lead Elementary leaders for Kindergarten – 5th Grade
  • Maintain sites with volunteer information
  • Collaborate with Guest Services Team and Campus Manager
  • Connect with, know and welcome back new and regular attending families
  • Partner with parents
  • Purchase and oversee supplies and prep team for Elementary classrooms
  • Collaborate with Missions and Curriculum Coordinator to align and educate
  • Support Kids Choir, Christmas moment, Easter/Palm Sunday moment
  • Recruit volunteer teams to plan and execute Family Events
  • Provide budget details, supplies, and staff to support volunteer teams for Family Events
  • Support with marketing, promotion and registration details for event
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant/related field (ministry, education, etc.), preferred; experience in family ministry or similar/related field highly preferred; administrative skills in data management, event planning, communications, marketing and process planning are of importance; proficiency in Windows based and/or Mac based products required; experience in a church setting preferred; experience in family ministry strongly preferred. Family Ministry Director – Beaver Valley (Full Time – 40 hours/week) Description: This position will partner with the Campus Pastor and Family Matters Champion to transfer Family Ministry DNA to all aspects of Family Ministry while also meeting campus-specific goals and objectives. General responsibilities will include providing leadership, vision, oversight, and execution of all Family Matters ministry at the campus level. Job Requirements: Associate’s degree or minimum of two year’s experience in related field; proficiency in Windows based and/or Mac based products; experience in family ministry or similar/related field highly preferred. Additional Detailed Responsibilities: Position Specific:
  • Reports to Campus Pastor and receives coaching and strategic and directional support from Family Matters Champion.
  • Partner with Campus Pastor and Family Matters Champion to transfer Family Ministry DNA to all aspects of Family Ministry while also meeting campus specific goals and objectives.
  • Partner cross-campus for Family Ministry events (i.e. KidsGiG, Student Ministry events).
  • Attend Campus Staff Meetings lead by Campus Pastor.
  • Attend all-campus Family Ministry Kids and Student Ministry meetings lead by Family Matters Champion.
Kids Ministry (Birth-5th Grade):
  • Provide leadership and own the vision for the Family/Kids Ministry at Campus.
  • Lead and execute weekend Kids Church services.
  • Recruit, equip, and train high-capacity volunteer leaders to assist and lead in Kids Ministry.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents.
  • Create and lead family events aimed at attracting new families into the ministry.
  • Provide leadership and execute KidsGiG (week-long summer camp for kids).
  • Maintain open communication with families to distribute information about the ministry.
Student Ministry (6th-12th Grade):
  • Provide leadership and own the vision for the Family/Student Ministry at Campus.
  • Lead and execute youth ministry gatherings, preferably on a weekly basis.
  • Facilitate student-focused small groups.
  • Recruit, equip, and train high-capacity volunteer leaders to assist and lead in Student Ministry.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents.
  • Create and lead student events aimed at attracting new students into the ministry.
  • Connect Middle and High School students to serving opportunities such as at KidsGiG and weekly serving opportunities inside Kids Church.
  • Co-lead weekend retreats (i.e. Laurelville Fall Retreat) and mission trips; recruit, equip, train volunteer leaders to assist in this area.
  • Partner with Student Ministry leads at other campuses to create and execute multi-campus Student Ministry events and gatherings.
Video Creative Director – Shared Services (Full Time – 40 hours/week) Description: Position will oversee creative video areas and will be involved in content creation for weekend services and other ministry areas across all campuses in unity with North Way’s vision. Job Requirements: Minimum of two years’ experience in a creative industry/role; Experience in video pre-production, production and post-production to include video planning, filming, and editing required; Experience with video and imaging software; Proficiency in Mac-based products, specifically Mac OSX; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut; Proficient with production equipment (lighting, sound, camera, and other “on-set” equipment); Experience in producing YOUTube, Vimeo and other online platforms; Good planning and communication skills; ability to translate directive into final product and document work. Set-Up/Tear-Down Team – Sewickley Valley Campus Looking for individuals to join our set-up/tear-down team and help us provide the best worship experience. Child Care Child Care workers are needed to permit us to provide various ministries to families with younger children. Would you like to earn a few extra dollars while also serving in this capacity?
