Campus-Specific Title: Production Technician (Worship) – Dormont Campus (Part Time Position – Average 20 hours/week; weekend hours required) Description: Responsible to lead & execute all production elements of services and special events at the Campus as well as developing and caring for a volunteer production team. Acts as a liaison and representative with our multi-site champion and with other campus production team members. Job responsibilities, include but are not limited to: lighting; stage set design; weekend sermon video preparation and execution; recruiting, building, training and leading the campus volunteer team; and troubleshooting/upkeep of campus production gear. Many of these responsibilities are in partnership with the multi-site champion. Job Requirements: High School Diploma; Associate’s degree or higher in a production-related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred; Experience in professional sound production and in lighting/video applications beneficial; Experience Pro Presenter, Pro Video Player, Pro Video Sync, Final Cut X, and Adobe Photoshop are a plus, specifically in a worship or ministry setting; Proficiency in Windows and Mac-based products preferred; Ability to identify, equip, deploy and oversee leaders, volunteers and teams to assist in the production area. Adult Life Development Ministry Coordinator – Beaver Valley Campus (Part Time – 20 hours/week with weekend responsibilities) Description: The coordinator will partner with other Campus Staff to implement many Adult Life Development facets, specifically concentrating on small group ministry. Responsibilities will include: recruitment of small group leaders, leadership development and training of small group leaders, assimilation of volunteers, organization and scheduling of small groups and general follow up of inquiries. This position is also responsible to provide administrative support and database management in this area and assist with small group activities as appropriate. Job Requirements: Strong relational and welcoming skills with a comfort level of “out front” presence; strong administrative skills with a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative setting; have a passion for assisting people in their spiritual development; experience with volunteer recruitment and development preferred; and proficiency with Windows-based products. Shuttle Driver – Oakland Campus (Part Time – Average 8-10 hours/week) Description: Drive 12 passenger van/shuttle for the Oakland Campus services between the hours of 8am-1pm and 4pm-7pm on Sundays. Job Requirements: Must be able to pass a background clearance, have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. May be required to demonstrate ability to operate vehicle.
