JOB DESCRIPTION
North Way Christian Community is seeking a Full-Time (40 hours per week) Worship Coordinator with a primary focus on our Wexford Campus. We are seeking a developing worship leader with a passion for the local church and a desire to grow in leadership. The Wexford Worship Coordinator role is designed as a pipeline position, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and development within a thriving worship environment. This is an ideal next step for those pursuing a future role as a Worship Director.
GENERAL OVERVIEW
A fundamental qualification for all applicants is a growing relationship with God and a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. The Minimum Qualifications for this role include:

Demonstrated vocal and/or instrumental proficiency in a worship setting

Experience serving on or leading a worship team preferred

Basic familiarity with worship technology (Ableton experience preferred)

Passion for developing and mentoring others, especially students

Strong relational and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow in leadership

Ability to maintain confidential information

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
